Meet Irene

A physician assistant specializing in menopause health, fitness, and nutrition, dedicated to empowering women in perimenopause and menopause to achieve optimal physical and mental health.

Irene is a Health and Wellness Coach informed by her background as a  Physician Assistant and Women's Hormone Therapy Specialist with a strong commitment to helping women navigate through perimenopause and menopause. She provides evidence-based information, personal experiences, and professional insights to guide women in achieving physical and mental well-being. The focus is on anti-inflammatory nutrition, resistance training, and aerobic exercise to promote longevity and graceful aging while also focusing on nourishing our mental health. Irene also emphasizes the importance of goal setting, accountability, and establishing healthy habits for lifelong health maintenance. After years of practicing modern day medicine, she feels it is vital to treat the whole person in order to harvest maximum health. She also knows it is never too late to start!
